Introduction to the CWI podcast.
Software development has a very large scope, you can quickly become focused on a single technology and stay there for 10 to 20 years doing that. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, it’s what gives software developers security in their jobs. My goal with this podcast is to create content that takes a deep dive into programing (best practices, design patterns, algorithms) but does not stay there instead I ask the following questions
What project(s) are you currently working on?
Who will be using it?
What exactly is going to get built?
Where is it going to be built?
When is it going to get done?
Why is this being build?
How it’s going to be built (mechanics)?
How much is it going to cost (budgets)?
The podcast will break down as follows for the time being.
- First 5 minutes (Introduction or any new major announcement)
- 15 minutes (Talk about the current software projects for CWI)
- 15 minutes (Talk about a software project going on in the real world)
- Last 10 minutes wrap it up.
